When you submit an enquiry form or contact us directly we collect the details you give us: your name, telephone number, email address, postcode or project address, and the information you provide about the work you would like carried out. We do not ask for payment card details through this website.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey, prepare and send your quote, and carry out and administer any work you go ahead with. This is on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, once you accept a quote, to perform our contract with you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, for example our website hosting and the customer enquiry system we use to receive and manage form submissions, and with other trades on your project where you have asked us to coordinate with them.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not proceed are kept only as long as needed to follow up. Records relating to completed work are kept for as long as required to honour our workmanship guarantee and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
